We are based in the UK and ship rugs to UK, Channel Islands and Europe only.

Next working day delivery is always free on all orders before 12pm.

For Europe and Channel Islands there will be an additional charge and longer delivery time.

All products are sent next day delivery using Fed-Ex. If you require Saturday delivery please contact us in advance.

When your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking code to follow your order.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday normally arrive next working day.

Orders placed before 12pm Friday will normally arrive on Monday

Orders placed on weekends will normally arrive on Tuesday

During busy periods like Christmas, occasionally orders may arrive slightly later.
