Can you send me a sample?

We can send samples of most wool rugs but due to the cost involved we have to ask for a £20 deposit which will be returned to you when you return them.

We are not able to send sample of cowhides as they are one off products.

Don't forget that you can try any rug for free . If you are not happy with it just send it back to us for a full refund including your shipping costs. This is the perfect way to try one of our rugs out if your not sure.

How long will my order take?

We endeavor to ship all rugs within 24 hours of being ordered. If an item is out of stock we will inform you and give you the option of a full refund.

Orders placed before 12pm are normally dispatched for next working day delivery.
